Our chef and managing director Christoph Alznauer lives and loves the regional, natural cuisine. With his nickname “Alze” he not only gives the restaurant its name but also ensures that only high quality food is served.
With every bite, we influence the world around us. Due to the growing number of companies which are aware of their and our responsibility and give us the choice, this responsibility doesn’t have to spoil our appetite.
We only obtain meat from companies from Baden-Württemberg which are known for animal welfare. Furthermore all other ingredients we obtain from local retailers – if it’s possible.
